Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Los Angeles facility.
When will my order ship?
Please allow for 48-72 hours for products to ship.
If we have any issues with your order we will reach out to you with 24 hours. Once we ship, you will receive an e-mail notification with a FedEx Tracking Number.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses?

Will I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax and maybe be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other US States will not be subject to any sales tax.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Can I exchange what I purchased for another product?
Yes. By going through our return portal you can select an exchange option.
How long does it take to process a return?
After receiving your return, please allow 5 working days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 days for the funds to be posted.
